铜包铝线CCA wire

  铜包铝线由铝芯线和紧密包覆其外的铜层构成，同时具备铜的良好导电性和铝的重量轻的优点，是同轴电缆内导体及电气装备中电线电缆的首选材料。可采用与纯铜线相同的工艺加工电缆。

执行标准

  SJ/T 11223-2000 铜包铝线，ASTM B 566-93铜包铝线。
  铜包铝线按力学性能分为软态（A）和硬态（H）两种；按铜层体积比分为10%和15%两种。
  Copper clad aluminum (CCA) wire is a bimetallic wire with a copper cladding concentrically covering an aluminum core,which combines the optimum properties of both metals in a single composite material ideally suited for most electrical conductor applications .The processing method of CCA wire is similar to that of copper wire during cable manufacture.

Manufacture standard:

SJ/T 11223-2000,ASTM B 566-93,Copper Clad Aluminum Wire

  The wire is divided into two mechanical status:Annealed(A) and Hard drawn(H),and two kinds of copper percentage in volume:10% and 15%.
